- Ingredients:
- 1 teaspoon of lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon of apple cider vinega
- 1 teaspoon of honey
- 1 garlic clove- grated
- 1 piece of ginger- grated
Combine all the ingredients together and mix them well. If you made big amount, leave it to stay in the fridge for 5 days before use.
Usage:
Consume the mixture before breakfast and before dinner, and try not to consume it more than three times a day. In less than a week you will be able to notice that your blood pressure got normalized and that the level of cholesterol was lowered.
